Membership meetings are a great way to get an update on the work the organization is doing, to learn about specific housing topics, and to discuss housing issues with the CALODI staff and other members. On Monday, we’ll be receiving a presentation from the Éclaireurs program at the West Island CIUSSS, which aims to identify and train community leaders. Following this presentation, our community organizer Lily Martin will explain in detail why the rent increase guidelines for 2025 are so high and break down the calculation method used by the TAL. Finally, we’ll give some updates on some projects the CALODI is working on and leave the floor to you, the members, to discuss thoughts and ideas.
The CALODI is an organization by and for its members so your inputs, thoughts and ideas are crucial to the success of our organization. We hope to see you all there!
