 the West Island CIUSSS\, which aims to identify and train community leader
 s. Following this presentation\, our community organizer Lily Martin will 
 explain in detail why the rent increase guidelines for 2025 are so high an
 d break down the calculation method used by the TAL. Finally\, we’ll giv
 e some updates on some projects the CALODI is working on and leave the flo
 or to you\, the members\, to discuss thoughts and ideas.\n\nThe CALODI is
